Our certified guides will take you to the massive Kukulkan pyramid, "El Castillo" (the castle), which is located roughly at the center of the site. Its construction was planned so that during each Vernal Equinox the dying sun would cast a shadow of a serpent (the Mayan God Kukulkan) writhing down the steps of the pyramid.
By the end of the day, we will also visit the Village of Valladolid, where you will be given time to lunch.
