4WORLDS EXPEDITIONS PHILOSOPHY

The name of our company reflects our philosophy. It is based on an ancient Mayan myth, which speaks of the existence of 4 worlds which existed previous to the world we are living in today.

Each of these 4 previous worlds was destroyed by natural elements: wind, water, earth and fire. Each time a Mayan world was destroyed; there was one survivor who acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the natural element that had caused the destruction. With this knowledge and respect for nature, this survivor helped to create the next world, making each of the successive worlds a better place in which to live. According to this Mayan myth; we are now living in the fifth world, one in which we understand and respect the four elements and forces of nature. 4Worlds Expeditions conducts all its expeditions keeping this ancient story in mind. OUR EXPEDITIONS

4Worlds Expeditions offers a large selection of private tours. Whether it be snorkeling excursions to the world's second largest coral reef, discovery of the largest underground river system in the world or a UNESCO World Heritage nature reserves, fun-filled activities at one of several eco-parks in the region or day trips to explore the Mayan archeological sites, 4Worlds Expeditions tailors its private tours to individual tastes.

All private tours use luxury vehicles, with private driver, for transportation and a 4Worlds Expeditions professional tour guide, who is responsible for ensuring First Class service during your excursion.

The duration of your excursion will vary according to the number of activities you wish to do and distances, our excursions may go from 3 to 14 hours. If you need assistance organizing or deciding on the best sites for you to visit , please do not hesitate to contact us.

Semi-Private Tours

4Worlds Expeditions offers semi-private tours. These tours include people from the same hotel or nearby hotels. All semi-private tours, are organized in small groups of 14 people or less, allowing the 4Worlds Expeditions professional tour guide to focus on personalized service.

Semi-private tours are schedule only two times a week and are very popular. We suggest making your reservations as early as you can, our spaces are limited. Hereafter you will find some of our most demanded semi-private tours.

Given that those excursions are shared with other people, the duration of the tour and itinerary are fixed and can’t be modified.

In addition to providing the finest personal service to our individual clients, 4Worlds Expeditions offers a large variety of services for meeting planners, groups and incentive programs.

4Worlds Expeditions looks after the design, organization, production and technical aspects of any program. Unique events in exclusive and unusual locations, tailor made quality tours as well as site inspection organization and assistance.

Having worked in Cancun and overseas for various Incentive houses and DMC's, we envisioned a unique opportunity in which we could apply our standards of quality and our philosophies of service to small group and incentive programs.
